RETURNS

Items purchased from Louver must be returned at the customer's expense in their original, unused condition, without any signs of wear, stains, odors, or damage that would prevent the item from being resold as new. All items must be sent back in their original packaging, including any tags and accessories that came with the product. Returns must be received within 30 days of the delivery date to qualify for a refund.

*Please note that items such as underwear and socks are not eligible for return or exchange.*

To initiate a return, customers should securely package the items and send them via courier. Kindly note that shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.

Our returns are processed within 14 days. After you have received an email that your return has been approved, your money will be refunded to your account. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.

EXCHANGES
Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange an item directly. To receive the desired item, you can place a new order and return the others to us.

Then your return has probably not arrived yet. We would like to ask you to send us your track & trace so that we can still help you further.

Yes, we kindly ask that items are returned in their original packaging (e.g., zipper bags, branded wrapping paper) to ensure they remain in resalable condition. Missing packaging may result in a deduction from your refund.
- Can I return items bought during a pre-order or limited drop?
Yes you can, unless stated other. Check the specific terms for the item at the time of purchase.
